Recipe Submission

To ensure the accuracy of your nutritional label, it’s important we receive detailed information about your recipe. The quality of the information you provide directly influences the reliability of the nutritional labels we generate.

Before getting started, please make sure you have the following ready for submission:

Recipe: An accurate and complete copy of your recipe.

Detailed Ingredient Information: For each ingredient, please be prepared to provide brand names, nutritional labels, and ingredient statements.

By providing complete and accurate information, you help us create nutritional labels that reflect your recipe’s true nutritional value.

Upload all supporting documentation here. This includes spec sheets, nutritional labels for sub-ingredients, ingredient statements, etc. Please make sure to accurately label each upload.

For packages that include the creation of ingredient statements and allergen declarations, providing all sub-ingredients for each recipe ingredient is essential to ensure compliance. Omitting sub-ingredients leads to potentially non-compliant declarations. In this situation, Nutrilabels will provide a listing of the main ingredients in order by weight. For full compliance, you will need to subsequently add sub-ingredients to the statement.

Once you submit this form, our team will validate we have everything we need to complete your project. Assuming we do, you can expect to receive your completed nutritional label within 3 – 5 business days, or sooner if you paid for expedited service. If we have further questions about your recipe, we will reach out to the email provided. Note that the clock does not start until we have received all necessary information.
